We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Communication and Public Affairs to build and lead all aspects of our communication and public affairs strategy and execution. Reporting to the CEO, you will be part of the management team, and are expected to help shape the company’s strategy and direction.

Your tasks will include:
Lead and manage the communication and public affairs function in REIN
Develop and execute communication and public affairs strategies in close cooperation with the rest of the management team
Develop and maintain relationship with strategic political stakeholders, government officials, associations, NGOs and journalists
Responsibility for internal and external communication deliveries
Responsibility for crisis communication and media management including being media spokesperson
Take an active part in the continues development of our ESG strategy
Coordinate our ESG reporting efforts, in close collaboration with the finance organization
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within corporate communication and public affairs in an international and complex environments
Experience from developing and implementing public affairs strategies towards major stakeholders
Media management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
You are a doer who sees the total picture and combines a strategic mindset with a “can do” attitude
You thrive in diverse, purpose-driven, result-oriented and collaborative settings
You have uncompromising integrity
