Would you like to advise the CEO on his communications agenda and drive Telenor's strategy through efficient communication? Then we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for an excellent communicator and storyteller, that drives creative initiatives and supports top management in their strategic communication. You should be able to develop and introduce creative and strategic concepts, be innovative and confident, when advising senior executives and our CEO. The role is an excellent opportunity for a top-notch advisor who would find it inspiring to work closely with Telenor’s CEO in the intersection between communication and strategy.
Your contribution to the team:
- Promote Telenor’s strategy and CEO agenda to help position the company according to the global business strategy and the global corporate branding framework.
- Produce presentations and storylines for CEO's internal and external events.
- Be a trusted advisor to the CEO on topical issues, and responsible for developing crisp, creative and differentiating messages.
- Internal positioning of CEO through Workplace, video, events and other relevant channels.
- Be a trusted advisor to the strategy department in shaping a story for the company.
Experience and qualifications:
- You can write and speak both Norwegian and English professionally.
- You are experienced in conceptualizing and developing new initiatives from idea to execution stage.
- SoMe skills.
- You have expertise and experience in providing advice to top managers.
- University degree, preferably a master. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may compensate if you do not hold a master's degree.
Personal skills and competences:
- You are a strong storyteller with ability to simplify and formulate engaging and personal messages, both written and orally in Norwegian and English.
- A PowerPoint genius who possesses excellent visual skills.
- You have a strong command and understanding of strategy and how it impacts our communications internally and externally.
- You have a holistic approach and are able to put any message into a larger perspective.
- An effective communicator that drives initiatives and works independently.
- You like to build relations, engage with others and are a team player.
- You seek new ideas and unexpected perspectives and get support for your ideas.
- High work capacity and maintain calm and structured in times of crisis.
